Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Concord, NH. The Sales Associate will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and following up on sales opportunities, and achieving sales goals. Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging with potential clients, conducting presentations, preparing quotes, and negotiating agreements. The role requires collaboration with the operations team to ensure the successful fulfillment of customer transportation needs.
Qualifications:
Sales and customer relationship management skills, including client engagement, prospecting, and communication.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving with a results-oriented approach.
Understanding of the logistics and transportation industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective client support.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
